Dates
The selected dates are March 11-13, 2015, based on a doodle poll.
Agenda
High-level agenda:
- Wednesday March 11: GeoSoft project presentations, demonstrations, and feedback
- Thursday May 12: Training on software sharing
- Friday May 13: Planning the GPF activity
Those interested in an advisory role can plan to come on day 1, those interested in the training can stay for day 2, and those interested in the GPF activity can stay for a third day (if 3 days is too much then do days 2-3).
The official meeting will adjourn on Friday at 2pm. Friday afternoon there will be an organized trip to Venice Beach for bike riding followed by happy hour.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the meeting. A group dinner will be organized Wednesday (to Santa Monica) and Thursday (to Marina del Rey).

Call-In Information
We will support Webex for remote participation. Details to follow.
Location
This meeting will be held at the Information Sciences Institute in Marina del Rey, CA.
Fly into LAX, which is a 10min taxi drive from ISI. The hotel is just a couple of minutes drive, we recommend this one.
Travel Expenses
To get your travel expenses reimbursed, you MUST submit the travel request form that you received by email and get approval for the expenses.
Remote Participation
Webex will be available for those unable to attend in person.
