Details on how to do this task: Document the provenance of the results

I currently have some initial Linux shell scripts that allow recreate the simulations used in the article.
Make sure RAPID can reproduce the four regular runs at common output time step for San_Guad.
Make sure the San_Guad_JHM simulations are all the same for 1-8 cores.
Make sure the Reg07_JHM simulations are all the same for 1-16 cores.
Find a way to check the two optimizations of San_Guad_JHM (p alpha, p gamma).
