Details on how to do this task: Ensure software is usable

The source code for RAPID is currently available in a GitHub repository. The current version (tagged rapid-20150309) was tested using a series of 10 small tests, each designed to reproduce a particular experiment that was used in one of the four existing published peer-reviewed articles.
