| Before August 8th | Reserve lodging at Jovance for the night of Saturday, October 25th. This should be in addition to your remaining stay for GLEON 16. |
| Before Saturday, October 25th: | Complete online tutorial tasks (details sent via email). |
| Saturday, October 25th: | If flying to Montreal, take shuttle to Jouvence (or organize carpool via google doc).
If you are staying overnight at Jouvence on Saturday, dinner is included at 7pm. |
| Sunday, October 26th: | 7:30 - 9:00 : Breakfast in main dining hall (La Crémaillère) 9:00 - 12:30: PIHM workshop (with coffee break) (La Rose des Vents) 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch in main dining hall (La Crémaillère) 13:30 - 17:00: GLM workshop (La Rose des Vents) 19:00 : Dinner in main dining hall (La Crémaillère) |
