Logistics

Before August 8th	Reserve lodging at Jovance for the night of Saturday, October 25th. This should be in addition to your remaining stay for GLEON 16.
Before Saturday, October 25th:	Complete online tutorial (more info to follow).
Saturday, October 25th:	If flying to Montreal, meet at the airport (timing to be determined based on participation, though probably late afternoon or early evening) for group shuttle or car rental to Jovance.
Saturday, October 25th:	Dine in transit to Jovance, unless you hear otherwise from workshop leaders. We might arrange dinner at Jovance and will let participants know well in advance.
Sunday, October 26th:	Workshop from 9:00 – 5:00. Followed by group dinner.
