| Before August 8th | Reserve lodging at Jovance for the night of Saturday, October 25th. This should be in addition to your remaining stay for GLEON 16. |
| Before Saturday, October 25th: | Complete online tutorial tasks (details sent via email). |
| Saturday, October 25th: | If flying to Montreal, take shuttle to Jouvence. |
| Saturday, October 25th: | Dine in transit to Jouvence, unless you hear otherwise from workshop leaders. We might arrange dinner at Jovance and will let participants know well in advance. |
| Sunday, October 26th: | Workshop from 9:00 – 5:00. Followed by group dinner. |
