Before August 8th	Reserve lodging at Jovance for the night of Saturday, October 25th. This should be in addition to your remaining stay for GLEON 16.
Before Saturday, October 25th:	Complete online tutorial tasks (details sent via email).
Saturday, October 25th:	If flying to Montreal, take shuttle to Jouvence (or organize carpool via google doc).
Saturday, October 25th:	If you are staying overnight at Jouvence on Saturday, dinner is included.
Sunday, October 26th:	7:30 - 9:00 : Breakfast in main dining hall 9:00 - 12:30: PIHM workshop (with coffee break) 12:30 - 13:30: Lunch in main dining hall 13:30 - 17:00: GLM workshop 19:00 : Dinner in main dining hall
