Before August 8th	Reserve lodging at Jovance for the night of Saturday, October 25th. This should be in addition to your remaining stay for GLEON 16.
Before Saturday, October 25th:	Complete online tutorial tasks (details sent via email).
Saturday, October 25th:	If flying to Montreal, take shuttle to Jouvence.
Saturday, October 25th:	Dine in transit to Jouvence, unless you hear otherwise from workshop leaders. We might arrange dinner at Jovance and will let participants know well in advance.
Sunday, October 26th:	Workshop from 9:00 – 5:00. Followed by group dinner.
